The Luhrs Building and Luhrs Tower, which has been subject to periodic remodeling for the last half century, is undergoing extensive interior work, including major infrastructure upgrades as well as tenant improvements --bringing the historic structures to standards of the most discriminating tenants. As a result, the historic building will combine architectural grandeur with contemporary amenities and finishes.
